Honeymoon ideas for August??

Hi everybody! My  name is Alejandra and I'm getting married on August 3rd in Houston, Texas. Fortunately, I have a lot done (Venue, Photographers, Videographer, DJ, dress, bridesmaids dresses...) but I'm now trying to think about ideas for a honeymoon... We were thinking on a Caribbean vacation but I'm afraid it will be hurricaine season... anybody else with that concern?? Any options for this time of year?

We are doing a caribbean cruise...we were told not to worry about hurricane season, because the cruise will just re-route and go to the opposite side of the caribbean if there is a hurricane.

We choose Aruba, but also got the insurance just in case.

We're going to Cabo.  We were too nervous about the weather during hurricane season!

We're going to Jamaica after our August 4th wedding and buying travel insurance!  We were also told not to worry about hurricanes and just buy the insurance.  It's only $100 and worth it IMHO. 

If you're still deterred by hurricanes, consider St. Lucia...hurricanes are very rare there due to the warmer waters.

I would go where you want but just get the insurance that way if there is a hurricane you wont be out the money.

We are headed to England and Scotland for our honeymoon. 

I've heard great things about Aruba, my mom vacations there all the time.

Complete opposite -- my fiance and I aren't much of beach people -- so we are going on an Alaskan cruise!

my fiance and i were worried about hurricane season also.... we are getting married the end of august & decided to go with st. lucia for our honeymoon destination .....  supposedly hurricanes rarely hit there.....  
also i heard aruba and curaco are rarely affected by hurricanes.
if you have more than a week and dont mind a long flight, try bora bora!!!
