Hi there! I am new to this board and the knot. I originally wanted a fall 2012 wedding but while looking at reception venues we realized that everybody loves fall now! So everywhere we looked had summer dates available but not fall (except for late November) so we decided to go with the date 8/4/12. We booked our church and our reception site for this day and this day worked for all important family members and all members of our wedding party. However I feel behind with wedding planning and have barely started! What do I need to do first? We are planning on getting save the dates together and mailed out in January. I have started looking for a dress and have picked a tentative color scheme. We have names of photographers that we need to start talking to. What else do I NEED to work on? I'm so excited but am feeling a time crunch so please help!
