I am new to the board! and need some help! I got engaged on 8/11/2011, I am planning my wedding for 8/11/2012. I only want 5 bridesmaid. 4 of them are automatically assumed (my sis, sis-in law, fi's sis(also my high school bff) and my best friend since 3rd grade) my 5th one i really want to be my one of my college friends. so whats the problem? WELL the week before I got engaged, my old roomate (of 2 yrs) asked me to be her bridesmaid. I of course said yes. but now, how do I go about telling her, i dont need another bridesmaid. My engagement party is 10/22/2011 , where i am formally asking my bridesmaid to be my bridesmaid, and my roomate is invited cause we are close. but i want to tell her before the engagement party so she doesnt get hurt feelings. HELP!! THANKS
