Tried searching on here for past reviews and suggestions but couldn't find anything. We met with a guy last week that was unfortunately out of our budget ($2200). Although we really liked him, I think we can definitely find someone cheaper...especially since our wedding is on a FRIDAY! We can stretch up to $1500 since it's an impt catagorty to us but that is our max. Any help?? Thanks and sorry if this is such a repeated question

Although I haven't had my wedding yet, I LOVE my DJ, Glenn Roush.  Not sure what his rate is for Friday--he's $1500 for a Saturday, and that's unlimited time.

Absolutely LOVED LOVED LOVED our DJ! Seth Hoisington w/ Dallas Rhythms. He was $1500 for unlimited time on a Saturday, but that also included lighting and a gobo. He was fantastic and such a wonderful person!

We used and have recommended Matt with DJ'S of DALLAS (www.djsofdallas.com). He is really one of the few vendors that I feel completely comfortable recommending to several people (limo and videographer are the other two if you need them). He was extremely professional and fun. We came in at about $1000 for 4+ hours, sound and lighting, AND uplighting! Did you tell the other DJ you talked to what your budget was? A lot of vendors will work with you on price especially in these times! just a thought..
