To wear or a necklace or not?

Since I switched my dress all my old jewelry is out as is my veil and headband. It was all matchy to my old dress and now I want to go in a different direction. With this dress, I am not sure I want to even wear one because of the neckline. I'm afraid it might take away from it.  

I was thinking of doing some dangling earring with my hair like this with a crystal clip:

Thoughts? I also don't want to overcrowd myself with jewlery.

I like that hair style a lot! I think it would be cute with that dress. The dangling earring is a good choice. It doesn't look like there are any jewels or such around the top of the dress, so I think you would be fine with a necklace. With the neckline, however, I would stick to something fairly simple...nothing too big or it may look kinda gaudy (sp)..

I would vote no, no reason to take away from your neckline.

I also would vote no. A necklace (big or small) would be too distracting. Pretty dress!

Thanks ladies! I think I am going to stick with the comb like in the picture (just not that specific one) and just some simple dangling earrings which I happened to find at Kohls for half off and were exactly what I wanted. Now to figure out shoes since I don't need flats anymore...

I also vote no to the necklace. Necklaces always seem to sit awkwardly in pictures and depending on size and how eye catching can ruin the shot. I think you are better off without a necklace )

That is my exact comb!  I agree...no necklace, the neckline is beautiful!
