FU: What is on your beer list?

I'm curious which beers people are serving?

Re: FU: What is on your beer list?

  • We are having Amstel Light, Iron City Light (local), Penn Pilsner (local), Heineken, and Corona.
  • I had to look at the beverage service list... LOL because it is part of a package that the caterer provides.  We are serving, Bud, Bud Light, Labatt Blue and Labatt Blue Light.  Personally I didn't care what beer we served because I don't drink and FI only has a beer every now and again.

  • Sam Adams, Sam Seasonal, Miller Light, and Casco Bay (local pale ale)
    Anniversary
  • I think we have Miller Light, Heineken, and something else. I let my dad pick, since neither FI nor I really drinks beer.
  • We have Miller and Miller Light and then a bunch of local brewery beers. Our vendor is a huge supporter of local farmers and businesses so they pull local brews too. :)

  • Yuenling (local lager), blue moon, miller light.  I love Yuenling and blue moon, but I especially requested the blue moon

  • We're going to hawaii for our honeymoon, so this weekend we just stocked up on the Kona beers. We got the Longboarder, Fire Rock, and the seasonal brew Waileu Wheat that tastes super fruity.
  • We have to go by our reception site's list, so that is:
    Budweiser
    Bud Light
    Michelob Ultra
    Coors Light
    Corona
    Yuengling
    Miller Light
    Yazhoo (local brew)

  • We went the local beer route with Fulton Lonely Blonde and Summit, we did get 2 cases of "cheap" beer for those who don't drink the good stuff. Bud Light and Mich Golden Light for that.

  • Lobsters25, where is your wedding? That's a great Maine beer!
We're serving lots of local Maine microbrews, like Shipyard, Allagash, etc. in addition to the standards like Miller Lite, Heinekin, Amstel Light.
  • Miller Light & Yuengling

<div>This is exactly what we're serving.  Living in WI, I'm not sure if Spotted Cow is considered a local brew, or if this gets distributed nationwide.  Hmm....</div>

  • Heineken, Bud Light, Dos Equis, and a wild card we'll pick the day we place the order (one week from now)
  • We are doing mostly local microbrews:  Deschutes black butte porter, maritime pacific ale, pike IPA, Widmer Brothers hefeweizen.

We've also included Stella & Amstel light if people aren't into microbrews.

<div>Haha I was wondering the same thing when I posted this (we are getting married in Madison). My FI loves all New Glarus beers so it was worth paying a litlte extra!  We actually just toured the brewery and he was like a little kid in a candy store.</div>
  • We are serving miller lite, hieneken, Budweiser, bud light, dos Equis, and I think that's it.
  • Granville island pale ale and honey lager (Local brewery), budweiser and alexander keiths. There are other beers available as we are having our reception at the restaurant hubby is chef for, but these are the one we will pay for. If the guests wants one of the more expensive beers they can but will pay for it out of their own pocket.
    Pumpernickel and olive juice
  • Bud Light and Blue Moon (my favorite) on tap. Then bottles and cans will be Bud Light, Budweiser, Miller Light and Miller, and Corona.
  • Thank you for sharing! We are having:holy brew brown ale Lost Rhino
    optimal wit Port City
home brew of some sort of summer lager
    bud light

So jealous! We can't even get Spotted Cow in the Twin Cities. I wanted it at the wedding so bad! Sigh.
