We had to make a tough decision last night to scale back on the wedding a little bit. We are closing on our house later this month and some necessary items for the house are costing more than expected so we are eliminating some things from the wedding:
Photographer - down to 6 hours - eliminating the 2 hours of the getting ready.
Transportation - eliminating transport for the WP. Guest transport will be big yellow school buses instead of luxury coaches.
Videographer - eliminating. We put down a $700 deposit and aren't sure we will get it back but if we don't we are only out $700 and are still saving on the remainder of the balance owed.
It's upsetting to let these things go but hopefully I won't miss them.
