I've hired our Wedding Day Photographer for a total of 6 hours. She requested a timeline from start to finish, and this is what I gave her:
12:30-2:30 everyone's hair & makeup appointments
3:00 Photographer Arrive
3:00-3:20 Get Dressed
3:20-3:55 Some Formal Pictures with Moms & BM's
4:00 Transportation Arrive
4:25 Arrive at Ceremony
4:30 Ceremony Begins
Formal photos immediately following Ceremony (and Receiving Line if we have one- I haven't decided)
Arrive to Reception by 6:00
6:00-7:00 BP Reception Introduction/ First Dance & Dinner
7:00-9:00 Cake/Dancing, etc. Photos
9:00 Photographer Exit
What do you think? Am I leaving anything out?? TIA
