Cake topper question

So ive made prolly 90% of the decisions myself about the wedding without giving my FI much say (shame on me). I want to surprise him with a cake topper that is more him. Now this has nothing to do with any of the rest of my theme but I dont care cause its for him. Now im having someone from etsy make the cake topper for me but I cant decide to go with

  More real looking

If I do the more realistic mine till have a gown and veil on and he will be standing normal in a tux. Those pics are just to give an idea.
