Share Your Method

Our venue requires each guest to select a meal choice prior to the wedding. We will then indicate this on each guest's escort card, so the waiters know what to serve each person. I'm wondering what the best way to code each card is. Stickers? Ribbon? Stamp? Please share if you have a cool idea or method for this. Thanks!

I'm not doing anything cool. I think just buying two different colored stickers. If I didn't have them already. I might have made my own using two wedding colors. The actual color ov the card would be the food choice.

We have a buffet, but my friend put a sticker on each of the namecards.  None of us noticed it, but it was easy for the waiters.  She actually did a cute sticker with like a farm animal for the food we were eating - it was a little awkward to be looking at the animal I was eating, but made everything very, very easy for the waiters.

I'm using small sticky rhinestones that I found at Hobby Lobby.

I was in charge of this for my sister's wedding and I made the name cards different colors.  Pink meant chicken, green was beef, and purple was veggie.  The cards were all printed the same, just different paper color!

I am just giving the count for each type of meal and at the wedding the servers will ask their tables who has what and bring that out. We are doing a seating scroll so no place cards to mark, and no one has initialed who is eating what, they just checked off how many were needed so the servers would have to ask anyway.

If you have 2 wedding colors could you do 2 different colored cards? My colors are navy and yellow so (we are having a buffet but) it would be very easy to tell the difference
