Super Exciting!!!

I go for my dress fitting today with my co-worker's g/f who is a seamstress - she's offered to do my 2-3 inch hem AND bustle for $35-50!!! 

AND - AND AND!!!

Greg & I got approved for a new apartment!!! Just got the news yesterday! It's less than 2 miles from my work, 5 miles from my college, and right next door to an elementary school where my daughter will attend! And my FI's commute will only be about 11.5 miles. 

This apartment is a 2 bedroom (HUGE rooms!) with cathedral ceilings and an open concept floorplan - LOTS of cabinet space in the kitchen - a breakfast bar - and appliances are all included. Also has a patio with lockable storage off to one side of it And HEAT IS INCLUDED! Which is AWESOME during winters in Wisconsin! The apartment is on the back side of the property and the view from our apartment is overlooking a pond and then nothing beyond that GORGEOUS and secluded Move in is July 1st - so I'll post photos once we get it all set up. Holy crikey I'm gonna be busy!!

That apartment sounds awesome - congrats!  The heat part is great too - I own my 800 sq ft house and those bills reach about $180 in the dead of winter!

Rungirl - we're in Butler at the moment with my parents (did that to save money while paying off our wedding since we're paying for the whole thing) and now we're moving out to the Sussex area  

The apt is about 1000 sq ft I think. And they said the electric bills run $35-55 / month so that's AWESOME. We had been looking for apartments that were like $100-200/month cheaper but they didn't include anything! So it's worth it to spend the extra $100-200ish to get heat included.  I like to be extra warm during winter LOL
