Any cake experts?

I have another meeting for my cake, I'm finalizing the design and I can't find any pictures because I don't know what it's called. We are using frosting and I wanted it too look like it was smoothened with a spatula...??? I can't even explain what's in my head. Kind of like as if the spatula was used to whisp it or smear??? ugh?

Okay I edited this, because I came across this picture. Like the bottom and top layers?? Anyone know what this is called so I can google more pictures?

I'd just call it "textured." That's what we did call it, actually! I like that look, too. I just Google imaged "textured wedding cake" and found a lot of different-looking cakes, but almost certainly some of them are what you are thinking of! Good luck.
