Here is our menu for our rustic wedding in Vermont:

Fresh corn on the cobb
Cheddar biscuits
Beans and rice
Cole Slaw
Green beans
Green salad
We are having a beer and wine bar (plus a fresh lemonade). The beer is all set (we're using a FABULOUS local brewery), but we're stuck on wine pairings. Any advice?
