I'm getting married in Jamaica how much should I budget to pay for a 2 tiered cake to feed 60 people decorated with fresh flowers with fondit icing?Thanks Jelena

    I am a pastry chef here in Austin and my first question would be are you having the cake made here and having it shipped or are you going to have it made in Jamaica?

    If you are going to have it here you can budget anywhere from $2.50 to $3.50 a slice, plus shipping for a fragile item and a heavier item...I don't know what time of decore you want along side the fresh flowers but you can figure anywhere from $50 to $150 for decor.
