looking for a venue/ceremony site

Just started looking for a ceremony/reception site...Just curious to what other places everyone has looked at and if you liked them...any suggestion would be great. We would like to be able to find a place that would allow our dog to be apart of the ceremony.

The only place that I know allows pets.. is A&M gardens, and Bighem place McKinney.. some hotels allow pets for an extra fee. Try Reflectiosn on spring creek and the fairview corral barn and maybe plano center or Myers Park Mckinney... other than that there are tons of places but not sure which allow pets

Answer these questions and we'll be able to help bigtime:--What is your guest list size?--Do you want a DIY place that allows you to choose caterer, etc. or a place that is all-inclusive?--What area of Dallas/FW are you looking at?--What is your price range? Does this price range include food, or is it just for the actual venue?--Do you want a ballroom or country club atmosphere? Are you okay with something a little more modern or funky? To be honest, I would rethink including the dog. It's touching idea, but it is going to eliminate a lot of the venues (many of the venues I looked at made it very clear dogs were not welcome, and I didn't even bring it up)--and who is going to take care of Fido the rest of the day?

LOL Marissa! Maybe Fido is perfectly trained and will sit in one spot all day at the bride and grooms table.

I went to the Piazza in Colleyville.  It is on the pricier side, but we are considering a Saturday morning wedding because that was more in our budget.  They told us there that they normally don't allow pets but will do it for an extra $100 per pet.  But I am stuck with you on trying to find a reception and ceremony site.  I am ready to get down to the details but can't until I get a placed locked down.
