My Fiancee Hates Cake!

My fiance and I are doing a cheesecake buffet for our wedding altogether. We're having plain, chocolate drizzle/swirl and then strawberry drizzle/swirl. But honestly, if he doesn't like cake, just don't do a grooms 'cake'. They aren't even required so don't stress about it.

You  could make the cookie bar that the PP mentioned, and add to it milk in glass containers like old timey milk bottles in a galvinized bucket full of ice, and maybe have one large cookie cake that has an iced initial of your new last name in the middle of it and an assortment of different smaller cookies.

My FI and I don't like cake either.  We are having an oreo ice cream dessert instead of cake.

I definitely agree with the pie. I'm having this sam problem with my FH. I think I'll bake him a giant cookie though; he loves cookies!

Haha! A meat cake. I saw it once on one of my bridal shows (don't remember which one). They made the groom's tiered cake out of meatloaf and then frosted it with mashed potatoes.I saw one with a ketchup/worchester filling in it. They can look just like a regular cake, but it's a lot more fun, I think!

Unless you/your groom is vegetarian, in which case I am sorry for my suggestion.

My fiance doesn't care for cake either. We are still doing a cake for him though because its really more for the guests to eat. We are just decorating it with paintball stuff to suit his hobby. However, my fiance loves candy, and I have seen candy tables at weddings before. You have varying clear jars/vases whatever filled with skittles, m&m's, jawbreakers, whatever. Provide little baggies and scoops and everyone can have their favorite candy. It sometimes also serves as the favor for them to take home if the bags are personalized. :)
