BevMo returns?

I've seen mixed reviews online about BevMo and their willingness to take back unopened wine/alcohol.  Do you all have any experience/suggestions?

    I just looked them up and it looks like they're primarily based in California.  I'd post on the California boards to get a better response.  Also, try going to the store closest to you and ask their policy.  See if you can get it in writing.  GL!

    I'm not sure about online purchase --- but the physical stores definitely accept unopened alcohol.  I've asked several stores and they all have the same policy.
