Gluten Free Shower

Hello!
I am hosting a bridal shower for my soon to be sister-in-law.  She has recently been diagnosed with Celiac Disease.  Any suggestions for yummy gluten free treats?  Links to favourite recipes would be much appreciated :)

Are you on pinterest by any chance - they have a boat load of recipes a lot linked through paleo.  Also check Paleo recipies.  I learned about paleo through crossfit and 99% of paleo cooking is gluten free... thats actualy how one of the girls I work out with realized she had celiac disease she finally started fealing healthy when she switched the diet and went for testing etc...
Also they have gluten free beer

Not to be Debbie Downer but you may be better off purchasing gluten-free desserts or food from a certified source. People with Celiac's Disease need food cooked using separate cookware. If you've cooked items with gluten in some types of baking dishes you cannot use the same pans / dishes to cook for someone with Celiac's Disease even if you wash them well. It's a very serious disease and trace amounts of contamination are poisonous to someone with the disease.

ETA: If you really want to bake or cook GF yourself, I recommend scrubbing down your kitchen first including your oven. There can't be any crumbs in the oven (while baking the trace can contaminate). Do not use your own wooden spoons or any cookware that is non-stick or plastic. You can use well cleaned glass bowls and stainless steel although it's best to use completely separate cookware. Do not use existing ingredients you have like sugar, baking powder etc. They likely have been contaminated from baking you've done in the past.
