My best thought is to search Etsy and try to find someone who could custom make it for you. I'm sure you could find someone who would be able to create it.

Those cakes look tiny; maybe search for a wrought iron candle stand?

I imagine you'd be able to find something like that on Etsy, or in the very least posting an ad in the alchemy section for it.

Does it say when you click on the pic whose wedding or the location?  That may be a starting point.

Guess you could always email Knot Annie or someone at the Knot to find out.

I would also google "wrought-iron cake stands" and see what you can find.
