Are you supposed to tip when you order a cake? We are getting ours through a bakery our venue suggested and I didnt know if youre supposed to tip the people who deliver it

Absolutely - you should tip ANY delivery person. Even if it's just a few bucks. Leave an envelope with the responsible tipper or with your venue coordinator.
