We had Chicken Piccata, which is boneless breast served in a creamy white wine & lemon sauce. Traditionally it has capers in it, but we did not include that.

Chicken parmesan, chicken cordon bleu, a simple roasted chicken quarter served with polenta or wild rice......and I can't really think of anything else right now aside from chicken marsala, but that has mushrooms!
