Signature Liquor Drink

We are getting married in November and are going to have one signature liquor drink (along with beer and wine). I was wondering what some good ideas for a drink would be for a fall wedding?

Could do a warm hard cider.  That is probably my favorite fall drink.

Maybe a Kir Royale? That's what my sister had and I thought it was very pretty and delicious.

I vote for a hard cider or anything apple related. Maybe a Washington Apple?
