Luau Reception menu ideas needed!!!!

Hello Ladies!!!!
I need some ideas for a luau wedding reception menu. Our wedding is relax. One thing we know for sure is we are having a whole roasted pig and I want something that involves chicken. It is a Friday evening wedding incase that helps with ideas. Please Please Help!

    chicken kebabs?
    grilled pineapple?  i heart grilled fruits and luau makes me think of pineapple.

    You've gotta do a roasted pig!  On a spit if possible! 

    Poi? 

    Coconut shrimp? (No idea if that's Hawaiian, I just think tropical =coconut and coconut shrimp = delicious)

    Lomi-lomi salad (Smoked Salmon, Maui Sweet Onions, and Tomatoes)
    Lots of fresh fruit
    Macadamia crusted fish

    I definitely would say NO to poi.  Not everyone likes it, and it's not the most visually-appealing either - lol.

    Fair enough about the poi. I just know it's Hawaiian. (I doubt I'd like it) 

    I also know that taro is Hawaiian but when not prepared correctly it makes people's mouths itch so I didn't mention it. =/

    Hul ihuli chicken is my fav hawaiin dish. Also try char sui chicken, teriyaki chicken or chicken katsu.  

    Other luau dishes that are good are lau lau, mac salad, chicken long rice, lomi lomi salmon, and poke.

    My fiance is hawaiian, hope this helps.
