My Fiance is a type 1 Diabetic. I know we can do a sugar free cake option, however, I have always loved the cream cheese sugary wedding mints. He is okay with having things there that he can't eat, but I really would like to find a recipe that was no-sugar added, so he can enjoy our day as well.
