Vendors advertising at the wedding

This is my first time posting- I just wanted to get some different opinions about this...I have been looking for caterers for my wedding and our favorite one with the best food in town has their logo on water bottles, cocktail napkins and their servers' uniforms. I asked about it and we can use our own napkins and no water bottles but the uniforms have to stay. Does anyone else think it is tacky to have the logo on everything? Obviously, we would tell anyone who asked who the caterer was. I just feel like I am paying enough for their services to have it advertisement free! I thunk we may have to go with our second choice because it bothers me so much:(

It's not that big of a deal. Most chef jackets have the name of the restaurant on their chest. Unless the servers are wearing some hideous graphic tee I don't see the problem with it.

There was a table with water bottles with a vendor label at our wedding, but no one really touched them.  It didn't even occur to me to be bothered by it.  The napkins at the coffee station also had the caterer's logo, and again, it was not a big deal.  I hadn't even realized it until this post, I doubt anyone else noticed.  As PP said, unless the logo and/or shirt is really cheap-looking or gaudy, I wouldn't worry about it.

Edit: Here are some pics to put it in perspective.  I couldn't even find any that showed the water bottles near the entrance.  Do you think your guests will notice?

Your guests will remember the FOOD........if they have the best food in town, and you don't have to use the logo napkins and water bottles, then I wouldn't sweat it to much. I find nothing tacky about having their company logo on their uniforms.

Like PPs said, it's really not that big a deal.  Let it go and choose your battles wisely.  This one isn't worth fighting.

I'd switch out the water and napkins, but the uniforms are fine, IMO.

I wouldn't worry about the uniforms, afterall it's their uniform! It's the banners on the dj booth or the band stand that particularly bother me when it comes to blatant advertising at weddings. If guests liked the way a certain vendor did things they'll ask around if they're interested.
