My wedding is not for a while but we are looking around and seeing prices and stuff to calculate our budget around what we WANT, we want a buffet dinner. So i have found some reasonable one for $40-$50 per person, and has a LOT of options, which is reasonable to me, but SO says paying 5grand for food its absurd and that he'd rather make the food himself... Im like wtf but how reasonable is it? I mean i get his point of going from 5 grand to like 1grand max, but still i feel weird. Wdyt?
