What are some good appetizer/snacks that either can be made a day or two ahead or freeze well? My family and I are making/buying the food items for the cocktail hour and dinner will be catered in.
We will have veggies with hummus and other dips and fruit but I need more ideas that are a little more substantial.
Also, what about single serving desserts that are easy and can be made in advance? We are having cupcakes, pie, and some candies. I was just trying to think of a couple of other items so we can have a good spread.
