What questions should a person ask a cater besides the price, what they offer, and making sure they would be available for your date?

Do you want a meal or apps or desserts, or all three?
Plated, buffet, stations?

I'd ask for a kids rate since I'm having quite a few children there.

What does it all included (glassware, servers, clean up), etc?

Do they have a minimum head count before they'd even cater to you?
