Outer Banks Affordable Catering

Hey Everybody,
I am planning for a wedding in June of 2014, and I am attempting to pin my budget down ahead of time. 

The quotes I am getting from caterers are quite pricey based on the type of menu I am asking for (street taco style taco bar).  Does anyone know of a catering company that is reasonable, and will work with my idea?  We are open to a taste of the carolinas style meal too ( shrimp and grits, mahi mahi, and bbq). 

Thanks for your help and input, my head is already swimming with information.
