I think this is what our menu will be for our wedding. Does this sound ok to everyone?

Fresh seasonal fruit appetizer
Garden salad with dressing (italian, ranch, oil/vinegar)
Choice of 6oz sirlion, stuffed chicken breast(like stuffing on the inside), or haddock almodine. Comes with chefs choice veggie and potato.
Dessert well wedding cake with ice cream.
Open bar

    Sounds yummy!  I had to look up what haddock almodine was, but I'd get that!  haha  Will it be breaded? 

    Are there dinner rolls?  Tea & coffee?

    I like the idea of having fresh fruit as a course.  Will you have a vegetarian option upon request?

    Sounds good to me!  Friends of ours opted to do a fruit course instead of soup at their wedding and it was a nice change of pace!

    there will be tea, coffee,soda and water for any that don't want to drink alcohol. a champage toast. if someone asks me for a vegiterian option then I will see. I dont really know anyone in particular in my family or friends that is. but I figuered those are three good options at least
