cheesecake wedding cake

We decided to bake our own 3 tier cheesecake in different flavours instead of buying a traditional cake.  I'm concerned that it may look bad because we don't want to cover it with frosting...any ideas? The flavours we are considering are pumpkin, bluberry and marble Amaretto. i thought we could maybe pile on fresh bluberries for the blueberry cake but i'm stuck on the others.

Maybe you could wrap ribbons in your wedding colors around the base of each cake?  You could use fresh flowers to top each cake or encircle the layers?  Here's a couple ideas from a quick Google search. Maybe they'll get the creative juices flowing.

Love the ribbon idea.  I also love covering it either in fruit or some decorative flowers!

I bake cheesecakes for a hobby and love this idea! If my oven wasn't cooking uneven right now I'd totally steal this idea. lol One of my cakes i do is an angel food cake crust (very thin, about 3/4"), philly cheesecake, with a dark chocolate topping. The topping hardens and becomes a nice shell  that is drizzle down the sides and you can top it with real flowers or strawberries. I've done botha nd they look great! love the idea. go for it!
