Where should we keep them? and how should we keep them cold?

Are you having bartenders at your wedding? If that's the case, then they're the ones to handle it.

If no pro bartender. try doing large metal buckets on the ground filled with iced down beers. 

Then do smaller metal buckets on a table (near the bucket w/ beer on the ground) filled with bottles of white wine and champagne chilling.  Put bottles of red wine--unchilled--on the table next to the buckets of chilled wine. 

Finally, on the same table as the wine, you could do these sorts of containers:

filled with a signature cocktail (margarita, sangria, screwdriver, bloody mary etc.)

That covers beer, wine, and cocktails with no bartender!
