Taco man tacky???

So we're having an outdoor/indoor wedding, 100 friends and family, we're on a budget, we're having beans, rice, potato salad, salads, salsas! Would it be tacky to go with a taco man? He sets up his own stuff and makes tacos with different types of meats. I wanted to get chicken and tri tip but it's expensive any suggestions

I think it sounds fun, especially if it fits the tone of your wedding. Yay tacos!

Do you mean a taco man who sets up a grill and cooks as the guests are there?  I think that sounds great, who doesn't love tacos, and it sounds like you are having a more casual wedding.
