How much soda do I need?

I have stocked the bar with beer/wine/booze... But I'm having trouble figuring out how much soda and mixers I will need.

I'll have somewhere between 150-175 people. I plan to serve homemade soda (10 gallons of mint/lime), coke, sprite, diet coke. And for mixers orange juice, cranberry juice, tonic, limes and olives.

Any thoughts as to how much soda/mixers I need for this many people?

Thanks so much!

I would use one of those drink calculator things. Some people won't want mixed drinks and those that do will leave them places, plus there are always spills, etc when making drjnks so plan for more than what it says. But that is what I would base my guidelines on. You can also check on some catering websites and see what there guidelines are for the average guest. I usually drink a bottle (16oz) of water an hour, if I'm dancing and having a good time probably more since I get thristy alot. So that would be 2, 8oz drinks, an hour for me.

You should go to the evite website. There is a drink calendar on the site
