How much alcohol to buy??

For those of you having an open bar that have the option of bringing in your own alcohol, how much of each are you having? Im having 100 guest and they like to party. Were gonna have wine, beer and hard liquor, just not sure how much to purchase of each. Do you guys have a method your using to figure out how much to buy?

    I used the Evite calculator (<-- clicky).  Only about 1/2 of my guests were drinkers so we actually had much more left over than we thought.  Luckily in FL we were able to return any unopened bottles and cases.

    We are using the Evite caculator and consulting the liquor store where we'll be buying all of the alcohol.  We just counted all of the adults as "average" drinkers.  

    In lots of instances, you can return unopened alcohol.  If we have wine or champagne left, we're going to take some on our honeymoon (it's within driving distance).
