Brunch for Lunch suggestions

My fiance and I are having a lunch reception for our wedding in September (to catch our honeymoon cruise), and have decided on a "brunch for lunch" style.

So, what is everyone's favourite brunch foods?  --- our venue says they can whip up whatever we want, and in looking at their sample online menus, we're looking for inspiration!

You know, since brunch tends to run from 10-2, you could just call it brunch as opposed to brunch-for-lunch.

Paninis, waffles, some kind of egg bake, breakfast meats, a carving station, a pasta bar with various sauces, fruit, green salad, caesar salad. Is it a buffet? If not, you could also add things like eggs benedict or other "fancy" dishes.

Omelet station, eggs benedict, huevos rancheros, quiche, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy, a carving station with ham or turkey, potatoes o'brien or home fries, hash, poached salmon with crackers and herb sauce, a cold seafood bar, green salad station, crab cakes, pancake or waffle station, great fruit and cheese display, muffins, biscuits, sweet breads, croissants, french toast, light pastas..

Pancakes with various toppings
French toast with various toppings
Potato of some sort (or a hash brown "station" with things to add to plain hash browns)
Biscuits or scones with various  toppings, ie sausage gravy, butter, jams/jellies
Choice of ham, sausage (links or patties) and bacon

I don't eat eggs, but I'm sure the prior suggestions are adequate.
