Wedding Cake in Puerto Vallarta

I'm getting married in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico this December. Anybody know of any good wedding cake bakers? II'm looking for a cake to feed about 50 people, nothing too fancy. Thanks.

Are you getting married in a resort? I would try to find a wedding coordinator there. They will be able to find all this for you or suggest some vendors.
