we are doing a tasting this weekend and our reception is at a high end winery restauarant. one of the salads we have our eye on has blue cheese in it. my FI loves it. i don't mind it if it's used sparingly. i know it can be an acquired taste. though because it's a gourmet meal we don't mind serving something a bit different that people don't normally eat so they can try something new but we don't know if some people would be completely turned off by it.
