Stella Blues in Maui, using them for catering, anyone have any experience with them?

We are getting married in Maui and since its a destination wedding we won't have a chance to taste the food. We are looking at using Stella Blues in Maui and I can't find any reviews. Has anyone on here used them? Are they good?
