Reception Stations and Buffet

Hi!
I'm an Italian girl an I'm thinking about 4 reception stations and a buffet lunch.
Or only reception stations (maybe 6 included dessert) and of course the cake.
 Do you think it will works for my US guests?

For me It's very important that there will be a lots of food! Laughing

    It will work fine.  Meals don't have to be plated in the US, and sometimes (not always, though) buffet service can be cheaper.

    As long as guests don't have to stand in one long line (which can be very hard on stomachs and high heeled feet), it can work.

    Oh thank you! In Italy is very common this kind of lunch!  Our guest will be 20 and 25 children!
