We are doing a heavy hor'duerves menu beginning at 5:00 in the evening. The wedding and reception will be in the same location.
At 5 we will have cocktail hour:
Chilled shrimp w. cocktail sauce and lemon
Fresh fruit w. yogurt dip
Assorted cheeses and crackers
Punch
At 6 after the ceremony:
Passed signature cocktails
Spinach and Artichoke dip
Coconut shrimp
Crab cakes w remoulade
Ginger Lime chicken skewers
Pork Polynesian glazed ribs w/ vegetable skewers
Carving station of marinated beef w/ spicy bbq and horseradish sauce
Baked rolls w/ butter
Coke, sprite, champagne, punch
Do you think that I may have too many meat options? What do you think about this menu? Any suggestions?
