is 2 enough?

Is having two different apps enough? Should we add an extra one?We are having a full meal with salad/rolls and 2 desserts so I don't want people to be to full after dinner. What do you think?

What are the 2 apps? Is one vegetarian? I personally would spring for 3 so people have a little variety b/c they might not like 1 or 2. But it's not necessary either as long as one has no meat.

It was going to be stuffed mushrooms and brushetta. Should we add the veggie with cheese tray to be safE? We will be taking pictures for about an hour during the cocktail hour.

Definitely add the veggie and cheese trays. At first I thought you were doing a plated appetizer, plated salad, plated dinner and in that case I'd say two was fine, but if this is the stuff to tide people over during cocktail hour I'd add the veggie and cheese platter.  It's also nice to have something stationary like a cheese platter in addition to passed hors d'oeuvres so that everyone can find some food (those waiters can evade even the most diligent snack-seekers sometimes).

I'd add on the veggies and cheese tray. If I was a guest, I'd skip your two apps and go straight for the tray.. but I'm a picky eater, lol!

Another picky eater here and I would definitely prefer the veggie, cheese trays over any passed app. Just because I know what it is and I can select what I am eating.
