I'm curious to know if anyone has tips on the best way to freeze the top tier of our wedding cake to save it for our anniversary, so that it doesn't come out all freezer burnt and blech on our one year. I've never tried to freeze cake before, and I do want us to eat it on our first anny (if FI doesn't devour it the day after the wedding), but I don't want cake that tastes like a brick of frozen yuckiness.
