Need another side dish?

My fiance and I are doing the food for our reception. We are prepping it a couple days before the wedding. Some kids from a local high school will be setting up the buffet with help from a volunteer family member.

We talked to one of our catering friends and they suggested we add another side dish, but my finace and I don't know what to add. Our menu is below.

Sliced Smoked Turkey
Caeser Salad
Pasta Salad
Dinner Roll
Cake

Any thoughts, suggestions and comments would be greatly appreciated!

You need another veggie! How about green beans or corn or something like that? HTH!

I agree. Add a hot vegetable. I recommend something with color.

I'd actually go with a hot something-filling.   Mashed potatoes and gravy?  Mac and cheese?   Something hearty.  I think the caesar salad covers your veggie needs.

I'm with NOLA on this one.  I can't eat mayo so I'd be stuck with only the turkey, salad and a roll.  I'd have several slices of cake though.

I think something like mac and cheese covers your vegetarian's needs too.

Although the caesar salad wouldn't be vegetarian.

I think the concern is that if someone won't/can't eat one of those things, there aren't many other options. I'd probably do another veggie/salad and maybe something like potatoes.

I'd try to go with veggies like carrots, green beans, broccoli, spinach, etc.  You could do a mix as well, of course.  Potatoes are tasty, as is corn, but they're also starchy; since you're serving pasta salad and rolls, I'd go with a non-starchy veg dish to round out the meal.
