I'm having a rustic wedding in June. I'm having around 150 people, and my cake will probably be no more than 14" on the bottom layer. I'm trying to think of a cool platter, besides the whole piece of a tree thing. It's not outdoor-sy, so I don't need moss everywhere and to be honest, having an untreated chunk of tree with bark still attached kind of freaks me out, who knows what else is growing on it.
So my original idea was a wood personalized cutting board...something washable... But the people that make them can't make them bigger than 14" and I think it'd be nice to have it a little bigger, like 16." What else is there? Thanks for the help!
