What cake is this??

Theknot.com has had a picture of this cake on thier homepage a few times now, but I can never find it in the cake section to read the details on it.  Does anyone know who made the cake or what it is made of?

I don't know who made the cake, but the ruffles are fondant.  The cake can either be done in buttercream or covered in fondant (I mean the actual cake - not the decorations).
 
If you like the cake take a picture to your baker.  Ruffles are really popular right now on cakes, so they have probably done some cakes like that already.
