Hi ladies!  
I am getting married on Saturday and am going to have Mimosas while all the girls get ready.
What type/brand of sparkling wine do you recommend to make a tasty Mimosa?!

    I get peach champagne for mimosas, the combination of peach and orange juice is just yummy. Aside from that, my old standby is Korbel, you just can't go wrong with Korbel.

    I prefer Martini and Rossi Asti for champagne/sparkling wine.

    Ditto...I hadn't tried them with peach champagne until last year when my FFIL bought it for christmas morning mimosas.  Very tasty!!!

    I've never tried Verdi, but I have some friends that drink it and have said it's similar to Martini & Rossi.  I'll have to give it a try!
