Menu Wording

Hey y'all,

I'm trying to work up menus to print out, but I'm not sure how to word things. (Do I label things as "First Course" etc. if there's only one course?)
The food that's being served is:

As soon as guests arrive:
Passed appetizers: bacon-wrapped scallops, vegetable quesadillas, oriental chicken skewers
A stationary fruit and cheese platter

Dinner (served buffet-style):
Dinner Rolls
House Salad with Vinaigrette
Chicken Piccata with Herb Dressing
Sliced Roast Beef au jus
Potatoes au gratin
Vegetable Medley

Dessert:
Chocolate fountain with strawberries, bananas, and marshmallows
Wedding cake (white and chocolate)

How do I list this? What's the proper way to capitalize it all?

Any advice is appreciated!

    You don't need to include the hors d'oeurves on the menu, since the guests will already have eaten them when they sit down to dinner.

    Here is what I would do for your menu:

    Dinner
     *  * *
    House Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing
    Chicken Piccata with Herb Dressing
    Sliced Roast Beef au jus
    Potatoes au Gratin
    Vegetable Medley
    Assorted dinner rolls

    Dessert
    *  *  *
    Wedding Cake
    Chocolate fountain with strawberries, bananas, and marshmallows
