RD

For your rehearsal dinner, who are you/did you invite? FI's aunt who is paying (help paying) contacted me and wanted a count. There are a few people who I'm not certain of if they go. The officiant (not sure if Love Notes goes to them or not), our two guestbook/program people (our cousins-one who is FI's cus, sister to one of his groomsman and it is her parent's that are helping to pay, and the other is my cousin who is flying/driving in from LBK). Also, we have a pianist, but IDK if she will be at the rehearsal. (haven't met with the coordinator yet).

Thank you in advance! :)

Everyone who attends the rehearsal is invited, along with their SO's.  We invited Marty and our hotel event planner, but they declined.  If they don't come to the rehearsal, you are not obligated to invite them.

We also invited our OOT guests, but that is totally optional.

I don't know if we went traditional or not...but we had:

    -parents
    -grandparents
    -bridesmaids/groomsmen and their significant others
-officiant and his wife (family pastor)
-out of town people (there was only one couple)
-my MOH's parents because they are like family and were very involved in my planning, and hosted my shower at their home too.

I think is it.  We had 25-30 people in total, I think.

I would say no to guestbook and program person.  Yes to pianist if you want to rehearse with music.  We opted not to have our musicians at the rehearsal.

Traditionally, it should be anyone who comes to your rehearsal, immediate family, adnd OOT guests.

we're just doing people who are going to the rehearsal and it'll be about 40 people. 90% of people coming are from OOT, so there's no way we could invite them all. my dad is inviting our family from OOT to go to a dinner at a nearby restaurant that we know the manager at and just leaving his CC to foot the bill.

My pianist said she didn't need to be at the rehearsal and also that if she came, she would charge extra.
