Help! finding cake stand

I fell in love with this cake display

does anyone know where to find stands like this? know how makes them? or where i can find something simular. They do not have to be red. I just love the way its put together on the table and would love to recreat this for my cupcakes.

I'd also consider calling the owner of the bakery on that link and ask where they got them.
